About Us

AJ Denogean has been part of the Aero team since 2021. He has over 25 years of experience in Aerospace. He has held roles ranging from project engineer to General/Plant Manager for some of the most recognizable names in Aerospace including the Lee Company and Triumph Group. He has a strong background in Continuous Improvement and believes that focusing on Quality and On-Time Delivery is the key to building strong resilient teams and businesses. Outside of the office AJ enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and family adventures.

Cheung Ho has been with Aero Engineering since 1986. He has over 38 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry. He has served in roles ranging from Quality Inspector/Quality Chief to Quality Manager. He is a diligent professional with a strong background in Quality Management Systems, manufacturing processes and capital projects. Under his leadership of the Quality function, Aero Engineering has been recognized by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and the Defense Contract Management Agency as an elite supplier. Outside of work, Cheung enjoys family adventures and tutoring.

Brigit McElroy has been a part of the Aero team since 2007 She has over 15 years of experience in Aerospace. She has held key roles across multiple departments within Aero, and was promoted to the role of Office Manager in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all Human resources and Bookkeeping activities. As a member of the Aero Leadership team she serves as the voice of the employees and plays a critical role in shaping Aero’s hiring and retention strategies. Outside of the office Brigit enjoys, boating, camping and time with family.

Bob started with Aero in 1994 as an estimator and has over 35 years of manufacturing and aerospace experience. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and supports our IT infrastructure as well. Recently promoted to Inside Sales Manager, Bob works with team members and management to find new customers and sales opportunities. Outside of work, Bob enjoys biking, camping, fishing, bowling & golf.

Lance Junker has been part of the Aero team since 1983. He has over 35 years of experience in Aerospace. He has held roles ranging from Sales Manager to Minority Owner and President. Over the course of the last twenty years he has supported and championed aftermarket sales growth and OEM production with MHD-Rockland, Blue Aerospace and Lockheed Martin. Lance played an instrumental role in the development and sustainment of Aero’s status as a Certified Parts provider and licensee for multiple Lockheed Martin legacy platforms across multiple Lockheed Martin divisions. Throughout his time at Aero, Lance has set the standard for world class customer relations and open lines of communication. In his role as President-Emeritus he will continue supporting the Aero leadership team. Outside of the business Lance enjoys golf, the beach and traveling.
